 *This package does NOT include a ticket to the concert. Tickets for concert must be purchased separately. Access to VIP portion of the day will take place from approximately 4:15pm to 5:15pm. No refunds or transfers (unless event is cancelled). Please ensure that you purchase the correct city.

**All purchasers MUST have their email address attached to the purchase or in their customer profile in order for us to communicate any changes. We are not responsible for missed events if we have no way of reaching you. No tickets issued for this package. You'll need proof of purchase on your phone or printed out, when you arrive, and a representative from Virginia To Vegas' team will come meet you at the main entrance to the venue and check you in. Please have photo ID ready.

***Purchasers will receive one confirmation email with specific time and arrival instructions, approximately 24-48 hours prior to event. This will be the only communication about your VIP, unless changes occur.
